Lauderdale Paper & Balloons strives to ensure accuracy with our product pricing. There may be times where products are priced wrong. In this case, we will contact you before shipping your order. We do not charge your account or credit card until your order is shipped. Orders under $50 are subject to a $7.50 service charge.

All orders are shipped UPS ground, unless you request otherwise. We only ship via methods where orders can be tracked (UPS or FedEx). We do not ship USPS or APO addresses. In stock items ship within 24 hours.

Shipping & Handling will be added to all orders.

RETURNS

All returns must first be authorized by Lauderdale Paper & Balloon Co. A 15% restocking charge will apply. An RA # is required to return any product and can be obtained by calling Lauderdale Paper & Balloon Co. Returns are accepted only with the correct RA# on the outside of the package. Any products returned without this number will not be accepted. Products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and factory sealed. Seasonal merchandise may not be returned. Electronic & helium related items can only be returned if they are defective and a claim is made within 48 hours of receipt of product. Returns must be accompanied by copy of original invoice. Buyer pays any freight incurred due to a return. Refer to catalog for additional restrictions. Lauderdale Paper & Balloon Co reserves the right to refuse any returns for any reason.
